DAO Racing is a leading motorcycle road racing team formerly known as Silicone Engineering Racing. Despite the new name and branding, the team continues with the same goals, principles, and commitment to success in international road racing.

As reigning Isle of Man Senior TT winners alongside rider Dean Harrison, DAO Racing focuses on major international road racing events as well as the Bennetts British Superbike Championship.

Based in the Isle of Man and operating from its Cumbria workshop, the team is owned by Clarissa Beadman and Sommai Nantakoon, with Jonny Bagnall leading operations as Team Manager.
